Death Metal, pushing the style to its limits while exploring themes of violence in ancient times, death, and occultism.
Featuring aggressive riffs and drumming driven by speed and rhythmic consistency, the vocals deliver winding, dark passages that take the listener into the depths of the unforgiving medieval ages, combining elements of Death Metal with classic Thrash Metal throughout the compositions. The result is an album that exudes violence. Recorded in Brazil at RMS and Nock Studio, and mixed and mastered in Germany at LTMF Studios, the album was built around powerful, aggressive, and dark passages, taking the listener straight into the depths.
Above all, “Dark Fate” is an album made by fans, for fans of Metal, with the sole purpose of being one of the fastest and darkest albums dedicated to reviving the sound of the 1980s.
In 2025, Critical Fear toured Europe, performing in Germany, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. The band has also toured extensively
throughout Brazil. Over the years, Critical Fear has shared the stage with Master, Aeternus, Attomica, Vulcano, Violator, Korzus, Nervo Chaos, Rebaelliun, Disquiet, and Escarnium.
In 2026, Critical Fearhad the honor and opportunity to begin working with Hammerheart Records, and a European tour in 2027 is planned to promote the release of “Dark Fate”.
