Despair is definitely underrated in the world of heavy metal music. In 1990, a shitload of different albums were released by more successful bands and eclipsed "Decay of Humanity". This one is top-notch and really enjoyable, even though I like "History of Hate" more for its more old-school speed metal sound. "Decay" was a step forward into a new era that would end with the absolute masterpiece "Beyond All Reason".
