Hideous Aftermath is the third album from Columbus Ohio death metallers Sanguisugabogg. They have had an interesting progression, from their demo Pornographic Seizures and debut album Tortured Whole being a tad bit juvenile as far as knuckle dragging caveman death metal goes, and their second album Homicidal Ecstasy being a little more serious. However, Hideous Aftermath is by far their most mature, refined, and structurally sound album to date.

Overall, this is very impressive and well put together offering from the Bogg, and by far their best work so far.
